People seem to love the way the artist shows life and its dark sides. Some, perhaps, even relate to the comics.
The art itself is simple, but the ideas behind it are portrayed in a creative and fun way. The hero of the comics is a simple guy with a pessimistic outlook on life, a condescending dog, and strange friends.
