If your doggo is not one of the sneaky pets who shamelessly occupy your spot in bed, then chances are he sleeps in his own crib. But you don’t have to be a mattresseur to know that some pet beds are cooler than others.
And this one is a show stealer. Please welcome the Japanese instant noodle soup cup, aka the kitsune udon deliciousness. But don’t be bamboozled—the cup isn’t edible and doubles as a purrfect bed for your bestest boi and goodest gal.
After one Twitter user posted a pic of her Shiba Inu pupper Yuki noddin’ off in one of these sacks, it went viral in no time. The post received 452.7K likes and 104.9K, retweets showing that the Shiba and noodle cup bed combo is a cuteness overload we didn’t know we needed. The rising Japanese social media star who got everyone’s attention by sleeping in an instant cup-shaped bed is named Yuki. Her breed is Shiba Inu, which is known as a hunting dog popular in the country.
Yuki’s owner told Bored Panda in an interview that the idea to get her an instant noodle cup bed came after she realized that “Yuki’s coat color is similar to the ingredients for cup noodles.” After the doggo got her new bed, it became her favorite, and they haven’t parted since.
We were told Yuki was born on April 14th, 2017 in Aomori Prefecture as the eldest daughter in the litter. She is so “gentle and cute,” her owner said, “plus, her eyes give her extra charm points.”
