What do you do when your boss steps the foot down? You comply. Maliciously. Recently, redditor u/cricketrocks shared the way they got back at their boss for limiting their food expenses. The situation was pretty good for both the company and the employee, but the new project manager probably felt the need to establish themselves. They reduced the amount u/cricketrocks could spend on food, thinking it would save the company money, but the move totally backfired. Instead of claiming £150 a week for meals, u/cricketrocks is now cashing £200.
Do you smell that? I think the HR people are brewing their coffee for a new meeting.
