As we get older we start to deteriorate a little – things like eyesight and hearing are often the first to go. Although the ravages of time are unavoidable, we have invented ways to at least mitigate our senior shortcomings; glasses and hearing aids have become essential kit for many older folk.
But with age comes stubbornness, and some people have trouble accepting their weaknesses. This is where the family needs to step in and give a little push!

Grandson Ryan Kober did just this recently, having noticed that his grandpa and great uncle’s hearing aids weren’t quite functioning as they should, despite their protestations. He took them both to get a check, documenting the process on Twitter.
