Anton Chekhov was a Russian writer who is now considered as one of the greatest short fiction writers in history. However, did you know that he also practiced as a medical doctor throughout most of his literary career? “Medicine is my lawful wife,” he said, “and literature is my mistress.” Even though artist Amy Revives is creating comics, not literature, she’s certainly following in Anton’s footsteps.
