If I’d ask you to name a symbol of a man, James Bond would probably be among your top picks. Of recently, however, British TV presenter Piers Morgan has been saying that Secret Agent 007 was stripped of his masculinity. And one of the actors who portrayed him – Daniel Craig – is to blame.
The breakfast talk show host tweeted a picture of Craig carrying his 1-month-old daughter in a baby sling, saying “Oh 007.. not you as well?!!! #papoose #emasculatedBond.”
Immediately, his shaming tweet infuriated the internet. “You really have to be so uncertain of your own masculinity to concern yourself with how another man carries his child,” Captain America’s Chris Evans replied. “Any man who wastes time quantifying masculinity is terrified on the inside.”
But something good did come out of this situation, too. Thousands of dads from all over the world fired back at Morgan, showing him exactly what it means to be a real man. Scroll down to check out their replies and tell us your thoughts in the comments.
